NMLS #2189943 · Free, no-obligation, in writing · DC, Prince George's County & Alexandria

What You’ll Get

  • Off-market and as-is properties sourced directly from owners
  • Deals matched to the areas, price range, and rehab level you tell us
  • Photos, basic numbers, access instructions, and a clear deadline
  • Required written disclosures, including when a deal is an assignment of our purchase contract

Who This Is For

  • Fix-and-flip investors and contractors
  • Buy-and-hold landlords
  • Owner-occupants looking for a project, who can close with cash or hard money

How It Works

  1. Tell us your buy box. Areas, property types, maximum price, rehab level, and how you fund deals.
  2. Get matched deals by email or text. Only properties that fit what you told us.
  3. Walk it and make your offer. First come isn’t always first served – clean, fast, certain offers win.
  4. Close at a title company. Earnest money and terms are spelled out in writing.

A Note on Assignments

Some deals are offered as an assignment of our purchase contract. Maryland law (effective October 1, 2025) requires that both the seller and the buyer receiving the assignment be told in writing. We do that on every assigned deal, and we expect our buyers to honor the same transparency with sellers.
